1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use, including but not limited to: scuffs, scratches, stains, odors, or damage.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and attach any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Your Return

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please ensure the RA number (if provided) is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
