Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.
- International Standard Shipping (US/EU): Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections (for international orders).
Shipping Costs

- We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic US orders over $50.00 USD.
- For orders under $50.00 USD, standard shipping rates will apply.
- International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of your order. These costs will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Eastern Chevska proudly ships to the United States (US) and select countries within the European Union (EU). If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping possibilities.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.
- Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Eastern Chevska is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees. We will then process a refund for the product cost, or you may request redelivery at an additional shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Eastern Chevska is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Eastern Chevska will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
